1,Check-in time: after 15:00; check-out time: before 11:00 pm
2,To maintain the accommodation quality, no pets in the Hotel.
3,No extra bedding service.
4,The Hotel provides free ADSL and Wi-Fi. Please bring your own laptop.
5,According to the provisions of Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, no smoking in the Hotel. Smoking in the room, you will have to pay additional two days of the room rate (according to the price at the website) for the room to be vacated for two days for deodorant work.
6,The Hotel is equipped with a parking space on B1. The first comer shall park first. No additional parking space will be provided if it is full. Please understand that the parking space cannot be reserved in advance. A private pay parking space is nearby the Hotel for the tourists.

1. Cancelation shall be made in 14 days before the check-in date. Service charge by the percentage stipulated by Consumer Protection Act will be collected for cancelation in 14 days.：
► 100% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 14 days before the check-in date.
► 70% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
► 50% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
► 40% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 4-6 days before the check-in date.
► 30% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
► 20% of the paid deposit will be returned for cancelation informed in 1 days before the check-in date.
► 0% of the deposit will be returned for cancelantio informed on the check-in date or without informing the Hotel.
2. According to Article 23, 24 of Travel and Tourism Contract Provisions, Tourism Bureau, tourists failing to fulfill the contract at will or without terminating the contract in 2 days before the departure shall afford all of the generated required expenses at one time to serve as compensation for the damage for Country Garden Hotel.
